Madison is sought after for their multi-hyphenate skillset, collaborative nature, and knack for process efficiency—working seamlessly across creative and administrative roles. Mentor, Jared Grimes, affectionately refers to them as “the computer,” often bolstering his and others’ creative processes with an eye for detail, a gift for anticipating needs, and an ability to turn ideas into actionable, organized next steps. Madison is always excited by opportunities to get to lend their imaginative and strategic eye to projects looking for support (be it creatively or administratively).
